At Noxor, we stand behind the quality and performance of our smart bands. If you experience any issues, you may be entitled to a warranty claim under the conditions below.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim, please email us at support@noxor.co.uk with the following details:

Your order number

Your full name and shipping address

Clear photos or videos of the product showing the defect (the images must clearly display the product, its colour, and the issue)
Once we receive your request, our support team will review your case and contact you with the next steps for inspection or replacement.
Warranty for Gifts
If the product was purchased as a gift, the recipient (Customer 2) may submit a warranty claim only if they have access to the original purchaser’s details (Customer 1), including:

Order number

Name
-
Shipping address

Invoice or receipt details
These details must match the original purchase information to validate the claim.
Documentation Requirements
Warranty claims can only be processed if clear, complete photos or videos of the product are provided.
Blurry, incomplete, or low-quality evidence may delay or invalidate the claim.
Coverage Period
All Noxor smart bands come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only.
Claims must be made within 14 days of noticing the issue.
Limitations & Liability
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Accidental damage or misuse

Defects caused by improper handling, unauthorised repairs, or exposure to liquids beyond the specified water resistance rating

Consequential or indirect damages
The device is designed for general wellness and fitness tracking purposes only and is not a medical device.

This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection laws.
Customers retain their legal rights for repair, replacement, refund, or compensation, regardless of the warranty terms outlined here.
