At Noxor, we aim to ensure your order is processed and delivered as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for full details.
Processing & Handling
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
After payment is confirmed, your order is forwarded to our shipping partners for fulfilment.

Free Standard Shipping – Delivery time: 5–8 business days – FREE

Priority Shipping – Delivery time: 4–6 business days – £4.99
Estimated delivery times begin from the date your order is shipped, not from the date it was placed.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping across the UK.
If you prefer faster delivery, you can select Priority Shipping at checkout for an additional charge of £4.99.
Delivery Times

Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

Orders containing multiple items with different delivery times may be shipped in separate packages.

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
⚠️ Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. For any issues after delivery, please contact us at support@noxor.co.uk.
Delayed or Lost Orders
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
Noxor cannot be held responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses or accepted by a neighbour/address you provided.
Claims for lost parcels can only be made 14 business days after the shipping date, once the courier has classified the order as lost.
Requests must be submitted in writing to support@noxor.co.uk.
Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, please check with:

Your workplace (if applicable)

A neighbour or colleague who may have accepted the delivery

Your local post office (in case it was redirected)
You may also request proof of delivery directly from the courier.
⚠️ Please note: We cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders that have been marked as delivered.
For this reason, we recommend using a secure and monitored delivery address.
Why Was My Order Cancelled?
If your order was cancelled unexpectedly, it may have been flagged by our fraud prevention system.
To avoid this issue:

Additional Charges
Noxor is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply to international returns.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage, as we cannot issue refunds for lost returns.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at support@noxor.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order.
Our support team will review your case and work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund as appropriate.
