Terms & Conditions – Noxor

1. Introduction

1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all purchases made through Noxor.co.uk (the “Site”).
1.2. By accessing or purchasing from our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws.
1.3. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately once posted on the Site.


2. Orders & Contract Formation

2.1. All products displayed on our website are non-binding offers.
2.2. By placing an order and clicking “Pay Now” (or similar), you make a binding offer to purchase.
2.3. A purchase contract is concluded once we send you an order confirmation or dispatch the goods.
2.4. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information, including your name, delivery address, email, and payment details.


3. Prices, Payments & Taxes

3.1. Prices displayed include applicable UK VAT where relevant.
3.2. You may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, or local taxes depending on your country of residence. These are not included in the checkout price unless stated otherwise.
3.3. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, Stripe, and Apple Pay. We do not store your credit card details.
3.4. By completing a purchase, you authorise Noxor and its logistics partners to act as your direct representative in customs clearance, if required.


4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. We offer free standard shipping within the UK (estimated 5–8 business days) and optional priority shipping (estimated 4–6 business days).
4.2. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or customs clearance.
4.3. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.
4.4. We do not ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1. Customers have 14 days from receipt of goods to request a return.
5.2. Returned items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
5.3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
5.4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned goods are received and inspected.

6. Warranty

6.1. Noxor products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
6.2. To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide the order number and clear photo or video evidence of the defect.
6.3. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorised modifications.
6.4. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.


7. Customer Obligations

7.1. You agree not to misuse our Site or products.
7.2. Providing false information (e.g., incorrect shipping or payment details) may result in cancellation, liability for damages, or refusal of service.


8. Limitation of Liability

8.1. Noxor is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or delays caused by carriers, customs, or third-party service providers.
8.2. Liability for personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence is not excluded.
8.3. Smart bands and wellness devices sold on this Site are intended for general fitness and wellness purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.


9. Data Protection

9.1. We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
9.2. By using our Site, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data as described therein.


10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

10.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10.2. Consumers in the UK or EU remain entitled to the protections of their country of residence.


11. Dispute Resolution

11.1. Noxor is not obliged, nor willing, to participate in alternative dispute resolution procedures before a consumer arbitration board.
